Important: If you are a Nursing Staff, and would like to pay for this course out of pocket, you may register!

Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the address. If the dates does not work for you, please contact us for more dates at our office.

1. You have the option to add on the Online BLS if you need it. You can complete the BLS online, and get skills tested for the BLS on the day of your ACLS/PALS class. You must add on the BLS to the registration and contact us to submit payment. The add on for the online BLS is $80.00.

2. Do NOT add on the Online BLS if you do NOT need it. If you need to change the date or add on the BLS after registering, do NOT re-register. Please call the office so that we can assist you. 516-640-5372.

3. You must also note your Title and Department in the comments section.
