Notes:	Location: T-Building, 2nd Floor Auditorium This is for Kings County Hospital Staff only!! MUST BRING HOSPITAL ID! You will NOT be admitted without Kings County Staff ID!!!

Important: If you are a Nursing Staff, please contact Nurse Education before you register for this course. This would pertain to the following roles: RN, LPN, PCA, PCT, Surgical Tech, BHA, RT etc...Do NOT register before contacting Nurse Education for further clarification. You have the option to sign up for the course at a discounted price.

Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If the dates does not work for you, please contact us for more dates at our office.

1. You must also note your Title and Department in the comments section.  Failure to do so can result in cancellation of your registration.

2. For all Kings County paid Residents and Fellows, if you have 3 months or less left on your contract, you will be responsible for the cost of the training. CPR123 will contact your for payment after registration is submitted.
