How Does this Course Work?
The student must complete the Precourse Work before taking the ACLS Course. The student must email or print their completion certificate and bring it to class. The ACLS Precourse Work involves a student reviewing course content through online videos before entering the classroom. The video lessons cover multiple medical subjects and each lesson includes questions to engage the student. This precourse work allows more classroom time for hands-on skills training and leads to the student being better prepared to participate as soon as they enter the classroom. To summarize, students must complete the 4 hour Precourse work at home and then come in for the megacode. Please keep in mind, you MUST complete this to attend this course.
American Heart Association has made it mandatory that you complete the ACLS Precourse self-assessment with a score of 90% or higher. Once you register, the information will be provided in the confirmation email.
If you also need the BLS course, feel free to add on the Heartcode BLS.
